Purchasing

Products in the online store www.liudoirankiai.com can be purchased in the following ways:
1. By purchasing directly in the e-store
2. By ordering products via email
3. By ordering products by phone

1. By purchasing directly in the e-store

Home page – You will always return to the home page of the e-store by clicking on the Liudos įrankiai logo in the top left corner of the page.

Navigation – To navigate between categories and subcategories, use the left mouse button or the slider on the right side of each page. Also use the search bar by entering the product number or name and their fragments, as well as keywords.

Adding an item to the cart – Specify the quantity of the item you want to purchase and click the blue icon ‘ADD TO CART’ next to it. By continuing to click the icon, each time you click, you will increase the quantity of the item by the number entered in the quantity column. The item added to the cart is deleted by clicking ‘X’ – ‘Remove item from cart’ in the cart view.
Warehouse quantity – You can see all items currently in stock in the e-store. You will be allowed to order only the quantity that is in stock. Otherwise, you will need to contact the manager and coordinate the quantities and their delivery times.

Registration – It is not necessary to register in the e-store, but after registering you will be able to track your purchase status and purchase history, change your delivery address, change your password, and you will be able to shop faster next time, because you will not have to re-enter the necessary data required for the delivery of the goods. First, when registering, enter your name, e-mail address and password (see details). After adding the goods to the cart and starting the purchase, complete the registration by specifying the registration data required for the delivery of the order (see details). The same person with the same e-mail address can only register once.

Login – If you have already registered in the e-store, the next time you make a purchase you only need to enter your email address and password.

Purchase of goods – In the product cart view, check whether all goods and their quantities are correct, then click “Start purchase”. The following 3 steps:
Step 1. Fill in the buyer's details. Check whether your name, surname, phone number and delivery address are entered correctly.
Step 2. Select the delivery method. Check the delivery method that is suitable for you.
Step 3. Select the payment method. Choose one of the payment methods that is suitable for you:
• Online banking systems
• Cash or card
• Bank transfer
• Payment under the trade contract (For customers who have signed a contract with (UAB „Liudo įrankiai“)

You click "Order".

Payment. Confirmation – By clicking “Order” you will be directed to the payment of the order. Depending on the selected payment method:
• If “Online banking systems” - you will be immediately directed to the payment procedure. After completing it, you will receive an order confirmation.
• If “Cash or card” - you will receive an order confirmation and upon arrival at the address Darbo g. 42, Kaunas, LT-52102 you will pay for the order.
• If “Bank transfer” - you will receive an order confirmation and an advance payment invoice.
The goods will be delivered only after receiving a copy of the payment or when we see the payment in our bank system.

2. When ordering goods by phone
Product selection – Note the code of the selected product.

Call us – The manager will accept your order, you will agree on the delivery method and time.

Payment – Depending on the selected payment method:
• If “Cash or card” - you will receive an order confirmation and upon arrival at the address Darbo g. 42, Kaunas, LT-52102 you will pay for the order.
• If “Bank transfer” - you will receive an order confirmation and an advance payment invoice.

The goods will be reserved for 5 business days. If payment is not received, the order will be canceled.
The goods are delivered only after receiving a copy of the payment or when we see the payment in our bank system.

3. When ordering goods by email

Product selection – Send the code or name and quantity of the selected product by e-mail to info@liudoirankiai.com. Please indicate your name, surname, phone number, how you plan to pay for the product, and what kind of delivery you would like.

Payment – Depending on the selected payment method:
• If “Cash or card” - you will receive an order confirmation and upon arrival at the address Darbo g. 42, Kaunas, LT-52102 you will pay for the order.
• If “Bank transfer” - you will receive an order confirmation and a prepayment invoice.

The goods will be reserved for 5 business days. If payment is not received, the order will be canceled.
Goods will be delivered only after receiving a copy of the payment or when we see the payment in our bank system.
